Pantheon WebOps Platform is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to drive efficiency and growth across the customer lifecycle. This role supports the Post-Sales organization, focusing on building processes and systems to improve retention and customer experience through data-driven insights. The role involves analytical rigor, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership.
Requirements
- Partner with CS leadership to define and operationalize the customer revenue model, including retention, expansion, and gross/net revenue retention targets
- Support annual and quarterly planning: coverage models, capacity planning, segmentation, and territory alignment for CSMs, onboarding, and services
- Optimize forecasting frameworks for accuracy for retention revenue
- Partner with RevOps peers to ensure smooth handoffs across Marketing, Sales, Partner, and Customer functions
- Lead root-cause analysis of churn and expansion performance to identify drivers and opportunities
- Translate data into actionable insights for CS, Services, and Support leaders to improve retention and customer experience
- Work closely with Enablement to ensure systems and processes are embedded in day-to-day workflows
- Manage and optimize the CS tech stack, ensuring tool adoption and accurate data flow between systems and partnering cross functionally on systems that span the revenue cycle
- Experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Business Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
