Revenue Operations & Strategy Lead

Parafin is seeking a Revenue Operations & Strategy Lead to drive the next phase of growth, focusing on scaling revenue and optimizing the Go-to-Market engine. This role requires a strategic thinker with analytical rigor and hands-on execution, responsible for designing and implementing systems, processes, and insights to support revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be part of a close-knit team and contribute to shaping Parafin’s revenue operations.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in RevOps, GTM Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, or Strategic Finance
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Salesforce, Looker, Unify, and Gong
  • Experience standing up a RevOps function from scratch (preferred)
  • Familiarity with building data pipelines
