The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for building the foundation of Marketing Operations at ParetoHealth, championing best-in-class process, project management, and marketing technology initiatives.
Requirements
- 6–8 years in Marketing Operations, Project Management, and/or related roles.
- Experience with leading a high-performing marketing operations function—focused on clarity, accountability, and the connection between daily execution and strategic goals.
- Strong proficiency with Asana (or equivalent PM software) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Experience reporting marketing effectiveness and actionable performance metrics.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator
