Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, proposals, or commercial support roles
- UAE market experience
- Solid understanding of the proposal lifecycle
- Experience preparing BD and pipeline reports, forecasts, and management summaries
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
