Partner Enablement Manager, EMEA

AvePoint is hiring a Partner Enablement Manager to support the growth and activation of our partner ecosystem across EMEA. This role will design, deliver, and scale partner enablement programs that drive onboarding, activation, certification, and ongoing engagement, helping partners succeed and align with AvePoint’s go-to-market priorities.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing and delivering successful enablement or training programs
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Experience with learning strategy, content design, or certification programs preferred
• Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms advantageous
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to travel as required
