We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Partner GTM (Go-To-Market) Operations Strategist to join our team and help us scale our global partner ecosystem. In this key role, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to develop and operationalize go-to-market programs, optimize partner sales performance, and drive revenue through our indirect channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute partner go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Partner Management, Sales, and Marketing.
- Design and implement operational frameworks that support scalable revenue growth from partners (e.g., resellers, system integrators, alliances).
- Establish KPIs, reporting, and dashboards to measure partner productivity and program effectiveness.
- Identify and lead initiatives to streamline partner sales processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Drive strategic projects such as territory and account planning, partner segmentation, and incentive programs.
- Support systems and tooling improvements (e.g., PRM, CRM) enabling partner success and accountability.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or Partner Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of success in strategic planning and operational execution of go-to-market initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to draw insights from data and drive actions.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and project management abilities.
- Expertise with Salesforce and other GTM tools (e.g., PRM platforms, BI tools, Excel/Google Sheets).
- Experience with partner ecosystems and indirect sales motions is highly desirable.
