Infrastructure Partnerships Business Development (6-month internship)

Join Partners Group’s growing Private Infrastructure team on our new Partners Group Campus in Zug and help accelerate fundraising and client engagement across our Infrastructure product suite.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM, Computer Science, or Finance/Economics/Business, with strong quantitative skills
• Demonstrated interest in private markets and infrastructure; prior internship experience is helpful but not required
• Practical AI/tech fluency: able to use AI tools to draft, summarize, structure research, and improve output quality and speed, applying sound judgment and confidentiality
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn unstructured inputs into clear, well-organized slides and written summaries
• High attention to detail and commitment to polished deliverables
• Collaborative, proactive working style; comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly
