Position Summary
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) & President will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for all revenue-generating activities within the company.
Principal Responsibilities
- Revenue Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and revenue streams
- Sales Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Establish sales targets, quotas, and compensation plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 15+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years leading a sales organization
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets
