Role Overview
The Associate Account Manager, Employee Benefits plays a key role in supporting a growing book of small group clients by delivering efficient, consistent service across renewals and day-to-day client needs. This role contributes to improving workflows and helping implement structure within a team that is actively evolving its processes.
What You Will Do
Supports a high-volume book of small group clients, including renewals, eligibility updates, and routine service requests. Coordinates and distributes renewal communications, including recommendations and required documentation. Responds to client inquiries and service-related issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 0–3 years of professional experience in a client service, administrative, HR, or related role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes
- Demonstrates adaptability, initiative, and a willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Prior experience with employee benefits, HR, or insurance is a plus, but not required
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Must be able to obtain Life and Health Insurance license within 60 days of hire (company-sponsored and supported)
