Role Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent early-career role for someone looking to build a long-term career in Revenue Operations, SaaS systems, or business analytics.

You’ll play an important role in supporting the operational backbone of our revenue teams, helping Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams operate efficiently through strong systems management and data accuracy.

Working closely with our Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience with CRM systems, automation, revenue processes, and operational projects within a high-growth SaaS environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, solving operational problems, improving processes, and paying close attention to detail. It offers a strong foundation in how modern SaaS companies scale revenue through effective operations.

What You’ll be Doing

Core Revenue Operations Support

  • Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning across Salesforce and related systems
  • Monitor and resolve RevOps support tickets and operational requests
  • Support territory assignments, role updates, and user access management
  • Maintain CRM data quality through data uploads, clean-ups, and deduplication
  • Help ensure operational processes meet internal SLAs

CRM & Systems Administration

  • Assist with Salesforce administration tasks
  • Maintain documentation of RevOps processes and workflows
  • Support system updates and operational improvements

RevOps Projects & Development

  • Contribute to data quality and system optimisation initiatives
  • Support RevOps-led projects improving sales and marketing operations
  • Gain exposure to automation, reporting, and revenue systems

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in operations, analytics, SaaS, finance, or data roles
  • Internship or placement experience welcome
  • Exposure to Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus, but not required
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation)
  • High attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Comfortable working with systems, tools, and structured data
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Curious and eager to learn
  • Reliable and structured in your work
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams
  • Interested in how SaaS companies scale revenue
