Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing sales team. This role is responsible for initiating conversations with commercial property owners, overcoming initial objections, qualifying opportunities, gathering required information, and scheduling appointments for senior consultants.
What You Will Do
Conduct outbound calls to commercial property owners and real estate investors, introduce the company’s tax-saving services, engage prospects professionally and confidently, and schedule appointments between qualified prospects and senior consultants.

Requirements
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral or very slight accent
- Previous experience in sales development, business development, appointment setting, inside sales, lead generation, or cold calling
- Strong objection-handling abilities
- Comfortable speaking with business owners, investors, and high-net-worth individuals
- Able to remain persistent and professional after rejection
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Highly coachable and able to follow a proven script
- Self-motivated and money-driven
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
