Pavilion is seeking a dynamic Events and Partner Marketing Manager to join our Marketing and Growth Team. This role is critical in shaping the engagement and expansion of our community through meticulously crafted events and partnerships. If you are a proactive, results-driven marketer with a passion for event marketing and management, and partner relations, we want you on our team.
You’ll report directly to our SVP of Marketing and Growth and work collaboratively with the Demand Generation, Partnerships, Events, Sponsor, and Creative teams, as well as our most important sponsors and partners.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for Pavilion’s digital and live events to drive ticket sales and boost event attendance.
- Collaborate with event speakers to harness their personal brands for greater event visibility and ticket sales.
- Repurpose event content across various marketing campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- Host and produce all formats of virtual events, including webinars, roundtables, and virtual conferences, ensuring high-quality experiences.
- Act as the primary project manager and liaison for speakers at all Pavilion virtual events.
- Manage relationships with sponsors and partners, ensuring Pavilion meets its commitments and helps partners achieve their goals.
- Utilize partner networks to source new event speakers and content, as well as to drive Pavilion membership growth.
- Work closely with the events team on the execution of partner events and special programs, such as The GTM Awards.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on event marketing and partner management.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing strategies for both live and virtual events.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with speakers, sponsors, and internal teams.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and analytics systems.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to operate independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Based in the United States; availability to travel as needed for live event management.
- Solid analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform decisions
- Executional excellence–you have a keen eye for detail, process, and timeline
- Organizational excellence–you have the ability to manage multiple projects and reprioritize as necessary
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot, and familiarity with CRM systems, and analytics tools including Salesforce and Google Analytics.
