Staff Data Scientist

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a closely related field
• Six years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
• Experience analyzing massive datasets using SQL and distributed systems
• Experience communicating analytical insights through clear visualizations and narratives
• Experience designing and analyzing controlled experiments and applying rigorous statistical inference
• Experience in causal modeling techniques such as propensity score matching and difference-in-differences
• Experience building and validating statistical and machine learning models in Python
• Experience in development of scalable experimentation framework/platform and measurement pipelines
• Experience defining success metrics and KPIs to measure business outcomes
