Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Enablement Manager to design, implement, and optimize scalable learning programs that drive revenue impact and organizational effectiveness. This role sits at the intersection of execution and strategy—you will own enablement initiatives end-to-end while beginning to shape broader enablement frameworks and business strategy.
What You Will Do
Design and launch scalable enablement programs and learning initiatives that directly impact sales productivity, product adoption, and customer retention. Conduct formal training needs assessments using surveys, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify root causes of performance shortfalls.

Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in enablement, training, learning & development, revenue operations, or related field
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and launching training programs that have improved sales or business outcomes
- Strong analytical skills; comfort with data reporting, performance metrics, and using insights to drive decisions
- Excellent collaboration and influence skills; ability to navigate cross-functional environments and competing priorities
- Proficiency with enablement tools (LMS, CRM, knowledge management platforms) and data analytics; experience with Gong, Claude, Seismic a plus
- Experience conducting needs assessments and diagnosing root causes of performance gaps
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with demonstrated experience delivering engaging training, workshops, and practice-based sessions to both small and large audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present
