Role Overview
Lead the onboarding and commercialization of Card-to-Account (CTA) and virtual payment solutions, driving client acquisition, sales enablement, and ecosystem partnerships across GCC markets.
What You Will Do
Drive end-to-end onboarding of CTA / virtual card solutions, develop sales playbooks, enable bank and sales teams, support RFPs and client presentations, build and manage strategic partnerships, and drive adoption among non-card accepting merchants.

Requires strong experience in commercial cards, travel ecosystem, and acceptance expansion, with a proven track record in scaling virtual payments / CTA adoption and strong network across travel, fintech, and payments ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Previous experience within Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions, or the FinTech industry
- Regional experience, including working in a faced-paced matrix organisation
- Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, and presentation); fluency in Arabic is an advantage
