Technical Program Manager – PMO (cards launch, acquisition and growth)

The Technical Program Manager – PMO will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of card programs, from product definition to launch and scale, in a faced-paced matrix organization.

Requirements

• 10-15 years in Technical Program Management, Business Analysis, or Product Delivery
• Strong experience working on card programs (issuer processing, card lifecycle, transactions, reconciliation, onboarding flows)
• Hands-on experience writing BRDs, PRDs, FRDs, and managing end-to-end requirement lifecycles
• Previous experience working cross functionally with technology, digital/product, risk, compliance, and operations teams
• Strong understanding of fintech, payments, or card ecosystem
