Requirements
- 5-8 years of total experience with 2–4 years of relevant experience in growth/problem-solving roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on comfort in SQL/Excel and business metrics.
- Strong business mindset: ability to link metrics to P&L; impact and prioritize outcomes.
- Hustler mindset with bias for action and ownership.
- Strong communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
