• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Growth Operations in a consumer tech or fintech environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with CleverTap — campaign execution, user segmentation, and growth dashboards.
• Strong ownership mindset — takes accountability for outcomes and drives results with minimal hand-holding.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and experimentation approach with clear communication skills.
