Pear Suite is hiring a Community Partnerships Manager (Account Executive) to lead full-cycle selling into organizations leading the structural shift in community-based care. The role involves prospecting, qualifying, demoing, and closing deals, and shaping the company’s presence in the market.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience in a quota-carrying role
  • Strong track record across prospecting, discovery, tailored demos, and close
  • Healthcare-adjacent sales experience in care delivery, community-based services, behavioral health, population health, payer/provider workflows, case management, or other regulated service environments
