Creative Account Manager (Creator Advertising Operations) – A221

The Creative Account Manager serves as the primary bridge between client brand teams and the creator production network. This role owns campaign execution end-to-end, ensuring creator content aligns with brand strategy, creative guidelines, and campaign objectives while maintaining strong client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Campaign Management within advertising agencies, creative studios, influencer marketing firms, or performance marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of branded content and advertising production workflows.
  • Experience managing creative deliverables tied to client expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders (clients and creators).
  • Comfortable enforcing brand guidelines while maintaining positive relationships.
