Pearl Talent is looking for a Growth Associate, GTM to lead regional growth initiatives across LatAm. The role involves building community, establishing partnerships, distributing content, and feeding market insights back to the broader team.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in growth, partnerships, community, marketing, or equivalent experience with measurable results.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Based in Mexico, Colombia, or another LatAm country.
• Comfortable working fully remotely with an async-first global team.
• Strong network in local professional communities and the ability to build new relationships quickly.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
