Pearl Talent is looking for a Growth Associate, GTM to lead regional growth initiatives across LatAm, building community, establishing strategic partnerships, and distributing content through local channels.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in growth, partnerships, community, marketing, or equivalent experience with measurable results
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Based in Mexico, Colombia, or another LatAm country
• Comfortable working fully remotely with an async-first global team
• Strong network in local professional communities and the ability to build new relationships quickly
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
