Pearl Talent – Growth Associate, GTM I044

The Growth Associate, GTM will lead Pearl’s regional growth initiatives across LatAm. You will be responsible for building community, establishing strategic partnerships, distributing content through local channels, and feeding market insights back to the broader team.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in growth, partnerships, community, marketing, or equivalent experience with measurable results.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Based in Mexico, Colombia, or another LatAm country.
• Comfortable working fully remotely with an async-first global team.
• Strong network in local professional communities and the ability to build new relationships quickly.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
