Pearl is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to optimize the accuracy, efficiency, and structure of its sales engine. The role focuses on maintaining CRM data integrity, optimizing workflows, producing performance insights, and coordinating lead follow-ups to enable sales teams to focus on revenue generation. It’s a highly collaborative, detail-oriented position.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, CRM/SDR support (or an Excel Wizard!)
- Proven expertise managing CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
- Ability to work full-time with reliable MST time-zone overlap
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, founder-led organization
