Pearl Talent is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support a fast-growing performance marketing and media agency. This role focuses on maintaining data accuracy, optimizing workflows, producing performance insights, and coordinating follow-ups to enable the sales team to thrive. The position is fully remote with a 9 AM to 6 PM MST daily schedule.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, CRM/SDR support (or Excel Wizard!)
- Proven expertise managing CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational discipline.
- Ability to work full-time with reliable MST time-zone overlap.
