Pearl Talent is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support the performance marketing and media agency’s sales engine. This role will focus on CRM data integrity, pipeline optimization, report generation, and lead tracking to enable the sales team to effectively generate revenue. It is a fully remote position with a flexible work schedule.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, CRM/SDR support (or Excel Wizard!).
- Proven expertise managing CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational discipline.
- Reliable MST overlap (Metro Manila/Bogota/Sao Paulo/Buenos Aires) required.
