Pearson is seeking an Insights Lead to lead data-driven sales insights, optimize sales operations, and enhance strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Implement and operationalize a data-driven revenue intelligence framework
• Translate sales and business needs into data-driven insights
• Establish and maintain KPI & insights frameworks, dashboards, and reporting structures
• Oversee the collection, integration, and governance of sales, revenue and operation intelligence data
• Identify and implement emerging technologies in AI, machine learning, and analytics
• Build, mentor, and empower a team of analysts and data scientists
