We are seeking a Paid Media & Performance Manager to take full ownership of Google Ads and Meta Ads across 8 dealerships and multiple OEM brands. This is a hands-on, in-house position with real budget responsibility and executive visibility.
Requirements
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across 8 dealerships and multiple OEM brands
- Monitor performance daily using internal dashboards
- Execute weekly optimizations
- Build and present monthly performance reports to General Managers
- Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns and reduce wasted spend
- Evaluate and manage third-party vendors
- Recommend budget allocation and quarterly marketing strategy to executive leadership
- Stay current on Google Ads and Meta platform updates
