As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our growth.

Job Description:

As a Field Sales Representative at Pegbo.com, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving growth in the Southern California region. This is a part-time role, with 30 hours per week, offering a competitive base monthly salary of $1,500, plus commission based on your performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential customers, including contractors, construction companies, and rental shops, to promote the benefits of listing services and equipment on Pegbo.com
  • Actively prospect and generate leads to identify new business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Present the unique features and advantages of our platform, addressing customer needs and objections
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a part-time basis
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective strategies and tactics to drive sales in the region

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales or a similar role, with a focus on B2B sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently engage with potential customers in person
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas
  • Knowledge of the Southern California market and understanding of the construction industry is a plus
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license for frequent travel within the region
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based setting
