Peloton is seeking a Data Scientist to join its Product Analytics team, focusing on E-commerce and App platforms. The role involves conducting deep-dive analyses of web and behavioral data to support initiatives across the e-commerce funnel, owning analytics for core engagement features, and partnering with PMs to design, launch, and measure A/B and multivariate tests.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of analytics experience, ideally in a tech, digital product, or e-commerce environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science)
- Fluency in SQL and comfort with Python or R for data exploration and analysis
- Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Segment, or Google Analytics
- Experienced with visualization tools like Looker or Tableau
- Strong understanding of A/B testing principles, statistical significance, and experiment evaluation
- Proven ability to influence strategy through data storytelling
- Comfort working autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
- A user-first mindset and a passion for turning insights into business outcomes
- A forward-thinking approach to leveraging the latest AI tech-stack, curious to learn and integrate AI in their workflows
