Sr. Manager, Retail Partner Marketing

They are seeking a results-driven Senior Manager to lead a 3P Retail Marketing strategy in the UK, Germany, and Austria, impacting sales and subscriptions. This role involves close collaboration with Country Marketing, Sales, and Global Growth teams to create high-impact campaigns, budget management, and partner engagement.

Requirements

• Significant experience in consumer marketing, particularly in retail, reseller, shopper, or partner marketing.
• Proven track record of developing and executing marketing plans with 3P retailers or channel partners.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Knowledge of the local markets in the UK, Germany, and Austria.
