Team Description
We’re seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this critical role, you’ll partner with marketing leaders to orchestrate, optimize, and execute campaigns that fuel revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive Impactful Campaigns: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (webinars, events, email nurture, etc.) that drive revenue and engagement across the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention and growth.
- Analyze and Optimize: Deeply analyze campaign performance, generate insightful reports, and continuously refine strategies to enhance the prospect/customer experience.
- Be a Marketo Maestro: Contribute as a key team member delivering end-to-end campaign execution within Marketo, from initial request and planning to quality assurance and launch. Leverage your Marketo expertise to build sophisticated campaigns and automations.
- Streamline Processes: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for marketing operations processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Champion data quality and accuracy, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with cross-functional teams, contribute to strategic planning, and drive A/B testing initiatives to optimize campaign performance.
What You Bring:
- Proven Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, creating campaigns and driving measurable results within a B2B environment.
- Marketo Expertise: In-depth, hands-on Marketo proficiency is essential. You’re a Marketo power user, comfortable with advanced programming and smart campaigns.
- Strategic and Analytical: You possess a strong analytical mindset and the ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies. You’re also a creative thinker, eager to test new ideas and optimize campaigns.
- Exceptional Communicator: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly articulating your vision and strategy to diverse audiences.
- Adaptable and Resourceful: You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are highly resourceful and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Curious and Creative: You love learning and finding ways to incorporate new technologies (e.g., AI) into your workflows to maximize efficiency.
- Team Player: You’re a collaborative team player with a positive attitude, eager to contribute to a high-performing marketing team.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Bonus Points: Experience with Salesforce, 6Sense, Qualified, and other B2B marketing software tools.

Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.
The expected base salary range for this role in the following location is:
Raleigh, NC – $85,700 – 107,100
New York, NY – $90,000 – $112,500
San Francisco, CA – $98,500 – $123,200
Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
