Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Expert-level understanding of campaign structure, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and creative best practices
• Analytically sharp with ability to read performance data and translate findings into clear actions and recommendations
