HDR is seeking a Pennsylvania-Ohio-West Virginia Water Business Development Manager to lead marketing and business development activities, positioning the PA/OH/WV Water Business Group for year-over-year growth across four Market Sectors.

Requirements

Lead marketing and business development activities to meet Net Fee Booked (NFB) goals
Develop and implement an annual plan including strategies and tactics to achieve financial goals

Analyze and qualify potential clients that align with professional and financial value to the firm
Maintain and expand existing client relationships
Identify, establish and grow relationships with new target clients
Develop market networks
Position HDR for project opportunities that result in client selection and award
Lead project pursuits, including development of winning approaches, preparation of proposals and presentations, quality review, and coaching presentation teams

Manage and mentor marketing services staff
Implement company marketing policies and procedures
