We’re looking for a People Growth and Development Manager to design People Development and build a learning culture, leadership, and development within the Primestar Group. The successful candidate will design learning and development landscapes, strengthen leaders, and develop programs for goal and feedback processes.
Requirements
- Experience in designing and implementing training, development programs, or learning formats
- Moderating workshops confidently and leading groups through topics in a structured way
- Working well with leaders and developing them in their roles
- Quickly recognizing where organizations or teams have development potential and leading concrete measures from it
- Bringing structure, clarity, and execution strength
- A desire to shape things, approach things proactively, and think pragmatically and solution-oriented
- Motivating people and taking them with you, and having a desire to take responsibility
