Requirements
- Possess Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in market development within the relevant industry, with local market knowledge, a strong reputation, and client network.
- Proven business negotiation skills and ability to integrate and leverage resources effectively.
- Familiar with the regional market environment and the operational models of the engineering industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and team management capabilities.
