As a Business Development Representative, drive the acquisition of new customers and facilitate the expansion of existing accounts within the local market. Develop strong relationships with customers and understand their business needs to offer creative solutions.

Requirements

  • Actively prospect and acquire new customers within the designated territory
  • Identify growth opportunities and prospects for new customer acquisition
  • Enhance customer loyalty and drive account growth
  • Implement strategic sales initiatives to meet and surpass sales targets
  • Consult with customers to understand their business needs and offer creative solutions
  • Utilize appropriate technology and tools to develop and maintain comprehensive account management and growth strategies
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments
  • Mentor other sales reps and client facing employees
