Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred) or equivalent technical sales experience
  • 5+ years of experience selling complex technical solutions; industrial or automation sales strongly preferred
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
  • Familiarity with modern sales techniques and territory management
  • Experience in markets such as OEM, automotive, material handling, IIoT/Industry 4.0, packaging, mobile equipment, or semiconductor/electronics
