Role Overview
Lead the sales organization for the entire portfolio within different industries, territories, and sales channels throughout Japan. Deliver annual sales revenue, profitability, and growth targets. Develop and implement sales plans aligned with regional business objectives.
What You Will Do
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities. Maximize sales performance while maintaining healthy profit margins. Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 15 professionals.
