Perchwell is growing our team to build the workflow data platform for residential real estate, a $40T industry impacting the lives of every single American.

As the founding member of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for building the initial marketing engine, identifying our ideal customer profiles, establishing strategic marketing operations systems and generating a pipeline.

You’ll be focusing on the highest priority GTM issues of a SaaS business entering its growth phase through owning strategic systems and marketing strategy to activate our target market.

Here’s some of what you’ll be doing:

  • Establish crucial marketing operations, including our initial demand generations systems and processes to build company pipeline
  • Build strong cross-functional partnership with Product, Design, C Finance and Sales to be a Marketing ambassador towards broader company operations
  • Direct/manage creation of campaigns, both from in-house and with external partners, including SEO, digital events, paid media, syndication and third party platforms
  • Craft hypotheses, own on-site testing, and drive the culture of marketing experimentation to propel the business forward
  • Create compelling messaging by understanding our Ideal Customer profiles and articulating the value of Perchwell for our market

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, including a demonstrated background with Salesforce, Marketo and other applications in the demand generation ecosystem
  • A highly ambitious “roll up your sleeves,” self-starter mentality through leading from the front
  • History of implementing data-informed enterprise-level demand generation programs
  • Ability to empathize with customer problems in residential real estate, including brokerages, agents and end point consumers
  • Understanding of a technology business models and pipeline funnels, specifically for B2B SaaS companies
