We are seeking a Performance Marketing Advisor to drive demand generation and business growth within their region. This role involves planning, executing, and orchestrating marketing strategies across digital and offline channels, with an emphasis on driving the opportunity pipeline and increasing revenue.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or similar
8+ years of managing Marketing programs or processes
Depth of experience in strategic planning and ongoing management of full-funnel marketing programs in support of technically-advanced products & solutions
Strong critical thinking and leadership skills in order to guide plans across multiple teams

Solid customer analytics and marketing best practices knowlege
Strong communication skills to relay strategic plans and results to internal and external audiences including senior management
Understanding of important demand generation concepts such as contact and data management, lead management, and revenue performance management.
Sales and customer-minded professional
Understanding or ability to learn various marketing and sales tools including Outreach, Marketing Automation, Salesforce, intent data platforms such as Demandbase, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
