Responsibilities
- Manage implementation of new quote software (CPQ)
- Drive process development and standardization with sales, technical application, customer service, and IT
- Design and implement sales enablement measures
- Provide expert support for sales management leadership
- Ensure nationwide uniform standards and processes across sales units
- Realize efficiency improvement measures for sales
- Manage and optimize system-supported processes, maintain master data, and provide user support and training for CRM, CPQ, and other sales systems
Requirements
- Commercial training or degree with commercial focus
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales-adjacent areas
- Experience with CRM and quote solutions
- Strong digital affinity and Office 365 skills
- Analytical and structured working style
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent German language skills
