Customer Success Manager

PerkinElmer is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead the Strategic Customer Experience and Customer Engagement plan, developing a robust Voice of the Customer and engagement program to ensure stakeholders understand the services delivered and their value.

Requirements

  • Customer-focused with ability to make the internal and external customer the center of attention
  • Leadership or Service Delivery Management
  • Global Fluency with ability to engage and be part of an international and diverse team
  • Accountability with ability to take ownership of responsibilities and commitments to goals
  • Creating and Delivering impactful Presentations
  • Thinks strategically with ability to bring together seemingly disparate ideas, areas, products, etc. to create new solutions for the customer
  • Team building with ability to promote collaboration and cross-cultural cooperation
  • Engages others with ability to encourage and engage in collaboration with others
  • Demonstrates integrity with ability to act consistent with what he/she says and believes in line with ethical standards
  • Shows respect for others with ability to understand, value and navigate different perspectives and modify own views
  • Communicates and influences with ability to convince, influence or persuade others to gain support for own agenda across the organization
  • Results-oriented with ability to achieve business goals, with a concern for working well, surpassing standards of excellence and passion for challenges
