Requirements
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 7+ years of experience in sales or business development in the alcoholic beverage industry
- Strong understanding of the on-trade market and ability to identify growth opportunities
- Analytical skills with data-driven decision making and P&L management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
