Location – Hybrid – Milton Keynes, Hybrid

Salary – £50,000 depending on experience

Contract Type: Permanent – 37.5 hpw

Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for optimising sales performance? We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving commercial success through analytics, systems, and strategic insight.

Your will be empowering our sales team to operate at their highest potential. You’ll provide actionable insights, refine sales processes, and unlock revenue growth by transforming data into strategy. This is a high-impact role that blends analysis, systems thinking, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Data & Analytics

  • Own the full sales reporting lifecycle — including pipeline analysis, forecasting accuracy, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards and KPI scorecards using tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Analyse sales trends, customer behaviour, and market data to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
  • Conduct win/loss reviews, territory performance analysis, and campaign ROI assessments.

Sales Process & Systems

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable and efficient sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain and enhance CRM (Salesforce) data quality, workflows, and system integrations.
  • Evaluate and optimise sales tools and enablement platforms to drive productivity and performance.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Analytics (B2B preferred).
  • Advanced skills in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Excel, reporting tools, and platforms like Salesloft.
  • Proven analytical capabilities — able to extract insight from data to drive action.
  • Experience managing complex projects and system implementations.
