Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, client success, or related roles
- Previous experience in a software company and/or health and benefits space
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Knowledge of Salesforce and/or Atlassian tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent presentation and writing abilities for client-facing communications
