Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, client success, or related roles
  • Previous experience in a software company and/or health and benefits space
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and/or Atlassian tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent presentation and writing abilities for client-facing communications
