Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data operations, data engineering operations, or platform operations
• Proven leadership experience building and scaling production-grade DataOps or operational data teams
• Deep experience with file-based integrations (EDI, SFTP, batch processing), data quality controls, and operational monitoring
