A Joint Opportunity with Canacre Ltd. and Phasor Engineering Inc. Business Development Specialist role supports growth across both organizations by leveraging the combined strength of our service offerings, responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and developing compelling marketing and proposal materials.

Requirements

  • Research and identify upcoming proposal and procurement opportunities across the energy sector
  • Lead introductory meetings and presentations with prospective clients
  • Collaborate closely with technical leads, project managers, and senior leadership
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials
  • Create and refine client pitch decks
  • Ensure all marketing and proposal content is current, accurate, and aligned with each organization’s brand standards
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and procurement activity within the energy infrastructure sector
  • Track competitor activity and emerging client needs
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems
  • Provide regular reporting on pipeline status, market insights, and BD activity
