The Business Development Manager for Ventures plays a critical role in driving the commercial success of innovative ultrasound and AI programs within the Ventures organization, focusing on expanding access to care in low‐ and middle‐income countries (LMICs).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Economics, or a related field (required)
- 10+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s OR 7+ years of experience with a Master’s in one or more of the following areas: Business Development, Sales or Commercial Management, Global Health or Emerging Markets, Business Planning or Corporate Strategy
- Experience working in medical devices, ultrasound, digital health, or AI‐driven solutions
- Demonstrated capability leading multimillion‐dollar partnerships, global health programs, or donor-funded initiatives
- Strong understanding of LMIC healthcare ecosystems, access‐to‐care models, and non-traditional commercial approaches
- Proven ability to operate in cross‐functional, matrixed global environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‐management skills
