The Account Manager, East Region Accounts plays a critical role in driving profitable growth and long-term customer partnerships across an assigned geography. The position balances strategic planning with hands-on sales execution to ensure market growth, earnings optimization, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned domestic lubricant marketers.
- Develop and execute joint business plans that align commercial priorities.
- Drive volume, margin, and market share growth across the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and end-customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Technical Service, and Brand Management teams.
- Provide market intelligence to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Coordinate product training and sales programs for marketers and customers.
- Support marketer quality standards and incentive programs to strengthen long-term performance.
